Are donations refundable?

No, all donations are final and non-refundable. When you complete your donation to sign-up for a recurring subscription, to procure a “Week Pass", or to directly acquire Golden Hearts Virtual Currency, our partner, the Givinga Foundation, processes the transaction and begins the process of sending a portion of your donation to the charity you selected. We cannot stop or reverse this process so please be careful when making donations. See our Universal Platform rules for more details.
